4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected

5. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item) → Shipping is free
If returning for personal reasons (size issue, change of mind) → Customer pays shipping
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled before dispatch → Full refund
Orders cancelled after dispatch → Not allowed, only returns accepted as per policy
7. Damaged Product Claims
If the product is damaged during delivery:
Take photos/videos immediately
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
